My name is Ines Knezevic, and I offer a supportive online space where you can slow down, take a breath, and gently explore what’s happening for you.

What I Do

I work with an integrative approach, which means I don’t believe one style of therapy works for everyone.

Instead, I place our relationship at the centre and adapt my way of working to your individual needs. Sometimes this means simply having a space where you can talk and feel heard; other times, it might include gentle mind–body practices, or exploring different “parts” of yourself with curiosity and care through Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Services

Weekly 50-minute online sessions provide a supportive space where you can explore whatever is most important to you — whether that’s anxiety, low mood, past experiences, or personal growth.

I adapt my approach to your needs, integrating somatic practices and IFS techniques where helpful. Every session is designed around you and your pace.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £70.
